Terms & Conditions

Welcome, and thank you for considering Quinn & Co. Events, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our catering services, and our retail product offerings, including our apothecary-style goods such as magnesium oils, simmer pots, preserves, and gifts (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, placing an order, or booking an event with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions before booking or ordering, we’re always happy to talk it through with you first.

Quinn & Co. Events, LLC is a charcuterie and small bites catering company based in Manatee County, Florida, also offering retail apothecary and gift products through our website.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated order is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will forfeit the deposit, but no additional charges will apply.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may be charged the full order amount, at our discretion, to cover ingredients and preparation already underway.

• Changes to guest count, menu items, or delivery details should be requested as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes made within 3 days of the event, but adjustments may not always be possible.

Allergens & Dietary Needs

Our menu items are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and soy. While we are happy to accommodate dietary requests when notified in advance, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens or cross-contact. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions among guests prior to the event, and to make a final judgment about what is safe for them or their guests to consume.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup windows will be confirmed at booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information, inaccessible venues, or circumstances outside our control (including weather, traffic, or venue restrictions).

Food Safety After Delivery

Once food has been delivered and setup is complete, responsibility for proper food storage, handling, and timely consumption transfers to the customer. We recommend perishable items not be left unrefrigerated for more than two hours.

Product Use & Disclaimers

Our apothecary and gift items, including magnesium oils, simmer pots, and preserves, are intended for general wellness, relaxation, or culinary enjoyment. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Please review ingredient lists carefully, especially if you have allergies, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, and consult a healthcare provider with any questions before use.

Orders & Payment

All retail orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping

• We offer both local delivery/pickup (within our Manatee and Sarasota County service area) and shipping within the continental United States.

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• Please inspect items upon arrival. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable or consumable nature of many of our products (preserves, simmer pots, oils), we are unable to accept returns once an item has shipped or been picked up, except in cases of damage, defect, or error on our part. Please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve any issue.

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by anyone else.

• All content on this website, including photos, recipes, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Quinn & Co. Events, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability information is error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quinn & Co. Events, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, illness, property damage, or event disruptions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order or booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order or booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quinn & Co. Events, LLC, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Services, violation of these Terms, or failure to disclose relevant dietary, allergy, or health information prior to an event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, offerings, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on our website with its effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
