For charcuterie boards and platters, we recommend at least 7 days notice. Grazing tables and large events book up quickly, especially during holiday season, so 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal. Short on time? Call us at 941-340-1110 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

For orders over $250, a 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. Orders under $250 are paid in full at the time of booking.
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event, unless otherwise agreed upon in your contract. We know plans can change, reach out as soon as you can and we'll work with you.
We're based in Palmetto, Florida and serve Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Ellenton, Anna Maria Island, and surrounding Gulf Coast communities. Outside that area? Ask; we can often make it work for larger events.
Delivery fees are mileage-based, calculated from our Bradenton kitchen to your event location. We'll include the exact amount in your quote; no surprises.
Yes! Grazing tables always include full on-site styling and setup. For boards and platters, we deliver ready to serve.
Grazing tables start at $23 per person with a 30-guest minimum. Your final quote depends on guest count, menu selections, and styling; contact us and we'll design something beautiful within your budget.
Our grazing tables start at 30 guests, and we love a big celebration — there's no crowd too large. We design each table around your guest count and appetite, from cocktail-hour grazing to the main event.
We follow food-safety best practices: perishable items should be enjoyed within about two hours of setup completion. We time our arrival so your table looks perfect right when guests arrive. Planning a longer event? Ask about our replenishment options to keep your table looking fresh and full from first guest to last.
